About me
Hello there, I’m Sauli, a somatic yoga and movement instructor, and future therapist. My journey into somatic yoga and movement began when I realized that traditional yoga practices were not enough to help me connect my body, mind, and soul. I discovered that with intentional movement, I was able to connect with my body and mind in a more profound way, leading to greater self-awareness and connection with the world.
As a somatic yoga and movement instructor, I offer classes for individuals and groups, specialized embodied social justice and brave space trainings for organisations and companies. I will also offer psychotherapy sessions with a focus on somatic experiencing.

Somatic yoga and meditations (TAI Yoga)

Trainings
Are you and your organisation passionate about making the world a better place, but you’re unsure of how to practically implement your ideas? Are you already knowledgeable about diversity, equality, and inclusion, but eager to take your knowledge to the next level? During the 1-6 hours training workshops, we learn how to use the body to recognise oppressive structures and how to undo them. You will gain practical tools to make a difference in your workplace, community, and beyond. My workshops can be tailored to your schedule, spread out over several days if needed.

Therapy
