About Me

Hello there! I’m Sauli, an integrative therapist and somatic yoga instructor. My journey in personal development started years ago through yoga, where I discovered the power of intentional movement. This practice helped me connect more deeply with my body and mind, fostering greater self-awareness and meaningful relationships with others and the world around me. I later discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, which has been transformative for my personal healing and for those I facilitate.

What I Offer

Integrative Therapy

I offer short-term integrative therapy in a flexible and convenient online format. My primary methods include Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, somatic explorations, and practical talk therapy tools.

I support people who have had, or are about to embark on, a journey with expanded states of consciousness (such as psychedelics, breathwork, shamanistic practices, and other non-Western healing modalities). I also understand the diverse experiences of sexual and gender minorities and am open to supporting your explorations along the way.

Trainings

Are you and your organisation passionate about making the world a better place, but you’re unsure of how to practically implement your ideas? Are you already knowledgeable about diversity, equality, and inclusion, but eager to take your knowledge to the next level?

During the 1-6 hours training workshops, we learn how to use the body to recognise oppressive structures and how to undo them. You will gain practical tools to make a difference in your workplace, community, and beyond. My workshops can be tailored to your schedule, spread out over several days if needed.

Somatic Yoga and Eco-somatic Explorations

I offer one-on-one and group somatic yoga and eco-somatic practices, available online and in select locations.
