About Me
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a ski instructor, TV director, and volunteer at humanitarian context, constantly navigating diverse environments. These roles helped me understand the power of human resilience, how identities shift, and how we adapt under pressure. However, it wasn’t until I discovered the power of somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and alternative healing practices that I found the true path to understanding personal awareness and transformation.
For over 15 years, I’ve cultivated a personal practice rooted in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and more recently, somatic therapy and IFS. These modalities are more than just techniques I use professionally — they are deeply personal to me. I’ve discovered that true healing requires a holistic approach: integrating both the mind and body through practices like somatic therapy and IFS. I’ve learned that the mind-body connection is essential for emotional healing, personal awareness, and expanded states of consciousness.
Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional talk therapy. While it provided insight, it didn’t address the deeper layers of the self. I found that to truly heal, I needed to embrace alternative therapy techniques such as IFS, somatic psychology, and breathwork — practices that allowed me to access expanded states of consciousness and deeper levels of awareness. These therapies don’t just focus on talking; they help you connect with your body, process trauma, and bring unconscious patterns into the light.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to facilitating transformational healing. Whether it was guiding someone to ski for the first time in the remote Lapland wilderness or supporting a reality TV contestant through their emotional journey, I’ve always been drawn to the profound shifts that occur when individuals engage deeply with their own personal growth. Over time, I realized that while the TV industry offered moments of transformation, it lacked the depth and authenticity I sought. I wanted to continue facilitating these shifts but in a way that felt more aligned with my values and deeply connected to the individual.
My work now centers around supporting men’s mental health, a group that often feels neglected in traditional therapy settings. Men’s emotional needs are often ignored or minimized, and I’m passionate about offering alternative therapies that allow men to process their emotions without fear of judgment. Somatic therapy and IFS provide a space where men can explore their feelings, move through personal challenges, and create lasting change. I focus on creating an environment where men can explore their vulnerability, confront existential questions, and ultimately, heal.
Through individualized approach, I guide people through profound personal growth and transformation, helping them connect to their bodies, minds, and emotions in a way that fosters lasting change. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, an identity shift, or simply seeking deeper personal awareness, I offer a space for healing and integration.
I deeply trust the wisdom of nature as a guide, and I believe that nature connection is one of the richest sources of healing and insight. I encourage my clients to connect with their natural surroundings, using the energy of the earth to support their emotional and psychological growth. Through expanded states of consciousness, I believe we can tap into the deeper layers of self, allowing for a more integrated and holistic approach to healing.
If you’re ready to explore your personal growth, reconnect with your emotional self, or dive into the transformative power of somatic therapy, IFS, and alternative healing practices, I’d love to work with you. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the power of expanded states of consciousness to facilitate personal transformation.
